We need your voice; the LGBTQ+ community needs your voice.

At Certified Proud, we need to ensure all of our work serves each and every member of the LGBTQ+ community. In order to do this, we want to work with a diverse group of people who represent every corner of the community.

Over the past two years, we have built a platform to enable some of Ireland’s largest businesses to become more inclusive. We want to amplify your voices, thoughts and concerns and make them a core part of Certified Proud. In doing so, we believe our member companies will become organisations that will be safe spaces for every single person, regardless of how they identify. 

What is The Proud Panel?

The Proud Panel is a diverse group of LGBTQ+ people who inform the training and operations of Certified Proud and the Certified Proud Fund. They will speak on the challenges they face and what they need from work, life and society. They will also have a say in the successful funding applications submitted to the Certified Proud Fund.
