    This workshop explores issues and challenges faced by trans people in society and in the workplace, how to incorporate trans inclusive language and how to be a trans ally.

    This workshop looks at key statistics of being LGBTQ+ in an Irish workplace, the discrepancies in workplace opportunities, and how the entire organisation can make an effort to be more inclusive of all staff.

    This session highlights key moments in Ireland's LGBTQ+ history, from decriminalizing homosexuality to the Marriage Equality referendum. We honour those who paved the way and acknowledge the ongoing work needed for full equality.
