Inclusive Workspaces: Huckletree & Certified Proud

Certified Proud is delighted to announce a year long partnership with business accelerator and creative workspace provider Huckletree as part of their commitment to providing a more inclusive and safe working environment for their team, their members and the wider community.

Huckletree is building hubs across the UK and Ireland for businesses of all sizes to come together, scale, be brave, and lead industry change. Existing diversity and inclusion initiatives include Alpha, Huckletree’s 12 week accelerator programme designed for underrepresented founders, and the Female Founder series which brings women working in technology together on a quarterly basis.

Certified Proud have been selected as a diversity champion in Ireland and will receive gifted membership to Huckletree D2 on Pearse St in Dublin city centre throughout 2021. As Huckletree Members, the Certified Proud team will learn how to scale and upskill through tailored educational programmes and will also be connected with valuable investor, corporate and advisory contacts to support their business growth.

Together, Certified Proud and Huckletree will collaborate on events, workshops and LGBTQ+ support opportunities across Huckletree’s seven locations in London, Dublin and Manchester. The “Certified Proud Principles'' developed by the founders will be used to assess the network of hubs, ensuring equality, respect and dignity for LGBTQ+ employees and customers.

Huckletree has made strides in the diversity and inclusion space and this partnership will ensure that LGBTQ+ Pride takes place not just in June, but every week of the year.
